Ticket Terms and Conditions - Illuminate Light & Sound Experience

Introduction
Ticket Terms and Conditions: These Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms on which Inflatablez Limited (trading as Event Hire) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) sells tickets to Illuminate Light & Sound Experience.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Weather Dependency: Please note that this event is subject to weather conditions. The occurrence of the event may be affected by adverse weather such as rain, storms, or other environmental factors.
Ticket Dates: The date that is shown on your ticket is the only day it will be valid for. Please do not come on a different day, as you will be turned away.
Weather Policy: Based on the advice from our friends at Canterbury Weather Updates, we will make a final rain call at 12pm on the day of the event and communicate this to all ticket holders via Facebook, Instagram and Email.
If we postpone the event in the above circumstances, we may transfer your ticket to the event to an alternative day, which is subject to event capacity and availability. In these circumstances, your event ticket will be able to be used on this alternative date, and you will not be entitled to a refund (unless otherwise required by law).
If existing nights are at capacity, we will try add additional night(s) to ensure everyone can experience the event! (Note: these additional nights may be on a weekend or weeknight, depending on venue requirements). The event organiser shall not be held liable for any consequential loss, inconvenience, or travel expenses as a result of postponement or cancellation.
If you cannot attend the event on the alternative day, we will grant you a refund upon your request (minus the transaction fees associated with the booking). Refund requests due to postponement must be submitted via email at least 12 hours prior to the start time of the postponement date.
Refunds
We do not issue direct refunds if you are unable to attend. If you can’t make it to your selected night, you must follow the transfer procedure outlined below.
No refunds will be provided for changes in personal circumstances, including illness or injury.
Booking fees and transaction surcharges are non-refundable. No refund or transfer requests will be considered after the start time of the event on the day of your original ticket.
Transfer Policy
Unfortunately, we can’t directly change tickets. However, if you repurchase your desired tickets, we can refund your original purchase (minus transaction fees).
Once you’ve purchased your new tickets, please email us with both the original order confirmation number and the new order number. We’ll process this as quickly as possible.
Transfer Procedure
Replacement tickets must be purchased, and a transfer request via email must be submitted at least 12 hours before the start time of your original event. Please contact our team at info@illuminateshow.co.nz

Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and time indicated on the ticket. Any unauthorised duplication or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
Event Modifications: The event orangisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, program, or location as deemed necessary. Attendees will be notified of any modifications via email or other designated communication channels.
Liability Waiver: Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The event organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience incurred during the event.
Age Restrictions: Certain events may have age restrictions or guidelines. Please refer to event-specific information for details regarding age suitability and admission requirements.
Compliance with Rules: Attendees are expected to comply with all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event staff and security personnel. All events are strictly smoke and vape free.
Reservation of Rights: The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee who violates event policies, engages in disruptive behaviour, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
Bag Search: It is a condition of entry to the event that a search of you and/or your possessions be conducted at the time of entry to the venue and at other times if requested by the event organiser or event staff. This may include, but is not limited to, bag checks, pat downs and metal detector tests. If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the Venue, or evicted from the Event.
Variation to Terms and Conditions: We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time, by posting an updated version on our website. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated.
Privacy: When you purchase a ticket for an event or communicate with us, we collect your personal information. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our privacy policy, which you can locate here.
Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for those images or recordings to be used for promotional and marketing purposes, without payment or further approval. This includes use on websites, social media, press, and future event promotions. Parents and guardians agree this also applies to minors in their care.
